Deep in rural Wiltshire, on the bank of the river Kennet in the idyllic market town of Marlborough, lies the heart of our business. Founded at the beginning of the last century and now in the third generation of family ownership, we are proud to be one of the few remaining truly English tile makers.

From the start our focus has been on design, quality and innovation. We use only the finest clay to make our tile biscuit, onto which we carefully apply opaque and transparent glazes in an array of carefully researched colours. Each glaze is individually mixed; we select from over 50 raw pigments and stains, expertly combining them to create the exact nuance of shade we seek.
