Over the years, Anna’s business has been driven by her determination to remain bold and original. From the vibrant designs she began producing at art school in the 1960s to the big, brilliant wallpaper and fabrics that make up her collections, Anna's style is always evolving. Her courageous use of colour and flair for the dramatic remain unchanged.

Thibaut acquired the assets of Anna French in 2007 and continue her long tradition for uniquely designed fabrics and wallcoverings with new and innovative product that is timeless. Anna French has brought Thibaut increased presence in the UK and Europe, along with an office and distribution center in South London near the Design Centre Chelsea Harbour, where a showroom for both lines is operated by Jacaranda Carpets. “Wallpaper in London is hot. And in America it is making a comeback, with consumers spending more time at home and wanting to make more fashionable and stylish statements in their living space. My striking wallpapers are an essential backdrop to glamorous living,” she states.

As her artistic flair spills over into her personal and family life, Anna continues to follow her passion for creating beautiful environments.

The aim: To bring together style, elegance, comfort and an element of escapism from 'everyday life'.

The method: Fusion Interiors. Bringing together eclectic influences from around the world, creating connections to other cultures, another time and place encouraging an emotional as well as an aesthetic response.

The result: Cohesive interior spaces that offer escape through association, inspiration and excitement in comfortable surroundings.

The value of escapism and discovery, of rich associations with other times and places, has translated into sophisticated, eclectic designs for fabrics and furnishings which are both contemporary and traditional - and blend seamlessly with artifacts, furniture, and statuary sourced from the East, from India and the Americas, as well as from Britain and Europe. It's wish-fulfilment and fantasy mixed with a spirit of adventure - looking to an alternative present and to the past to create future elegance, style and comfort.
